“All Our Stories”
“All Our Stories” in 2013 was a nationwide community history grant program run by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) in tandem with BBC Two’s The Great British Story: A People’s History, presented by historian Michael Wood.
Barrow upon Trent Parish History Research Group was set up as part of this project, to communicate ongoing work, and as a place to collate information discovered on the way. It ran from February 2013 to March 2014.
Results of the Research
The results of the Project were formally announced on 1 March 2014.
The book and DVD of the village and Parish and the two walking guides of the village and Parish were formally launched and copies were delivered to all the houses in the village.
